Survivor Support Groups

St. Norbert College is teaming with local community agencies to provide support groups for students to give and receive emotional support, understanding and encouragement.

Survivor Support Group Walk-in Sessions (on campus)
We welcome all who may have questions or concerns, who need support and resources, and who are seeking guidance and connection. Whether you have experienced abuse in the past, have had a recent experience, or are concerned for a friend, we are here to listen.

Sessions are hosted by advocates from the Sexual Assault Center of Family Services and/or Golden House and during the spring semester they will take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's of the month while classes are in session.

When and Where

Community Support Groups and Services (off-site)

The Sexual Assault Center of Family Services is currently offering these monthly support groups. Golden House, We All Rise, and the Wise Women Gathering place often have support groups open to anyone as well. Some require registration and some are open to walk-in. Visit the confidential resources page for the contact information for these resources. Sometimes the support group options are not posted on their website.
